How long does shipping take? Orders can be processed within 1-2 days and can take anywhere from 7-15 days to deliver.

Do you ship outside Canada? 

At the moment we currently do not ship outside of Canada, in the future that is something that we will look forward to doing especially to our friends down in the states.

How do I track my order? You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or reach out to us at nextbitinfo11@gmail.com.

What payment methods do you accept? Some payment methods that are included are paypal , credit and debit visa

Is checkout secure? Yes — all payments are processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout.

Do you offer discounts? Yes! Orders of $50 or more get 25% off. There are other offers but when you sign up you get a 10% off code.

Returns & Refunds

What's your return policy? Since items ship directly from our fulfillment partners, we don't require most items to be returned — contact us and we'll sort out a refund or replacement.

My item arrived damaged or wrong — what do I do? Contact us at nextbitinfo11@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item, and we'll sort it out right away.

Products

Are your products safe for all pets? Some pet items can be universal but look for descriptions under the product you are viewing if the companion that you have is listed under then you can consider that.

How do I know what size to order? There are sizes listed on the products description and colour themes as well.
